Take the same concept as our [[mountain_town_tv_plugin_for_kodi|Mountain Town TV plugin for Kodi]] and apply it more generally to a Roku app. 

The Roku TOS makes it very difficult to have a bridge to user generated content. Locking to a single instance makes it easier for us to ensure that the available videos meet Roku's standards. 

We can use the open source [[ https://github.com/n76/PeerVue| peervue]] application as a jumping point.
